Rates – Regular

• $250 per night

  • 2 night minimum in winter and spring (November 1-April 30)

  • 3 night minimum in summer and fall (May 1 – October 31)

• Book 6 nights, get the seventh night free

Rates – Holiday

• Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th Week, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving

  • $300 per night

  • 3 night minimum

What’s included?

• Coffee, tea, bottled water

• Food provided for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks – discuss at booking. Ingredients and/or pre-made meals according to your preference (kitchenette includes refrigerator, freezer, 2 burner cooktop, microwave, and air fryer toaster)

• Bedding for queen bed in the bedroom and for pull out couch in the living room, extra blankets

• Towels – bath, beach, kitchen

• Bathroom includes a shower and vanity

• Use of the docks, beach, walking paths, and canoe (requires 2)

• Use of the fire pit – kindling and wood provided

• Internet upon request

Additional Costs:

• $25/night for each additional individual 

Other notes:

• The caretakers are a faithful Catholic couple who will be responsive and available, while also respecting your privacy and solitude. They live in the house on the property and are accessible if needed. Know that you will be prayed for and cared for while on retreat.
